## Questions

### Is there a birthday countdown widget for Android?

It’s coming with the next update of the Deco My Tree [Android app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.christmas.homedesign.mytree&hl=en&referrer=utm_source%3Ddecomytree.link%26utm_medium%3Dwebsite%26utm_campaign%3Dbirthday-widget): your birthday tree and a live countdown to your birthday on your home screen.

### How does it know my birthday?

You pick your birthday when you make a [birthday tree](https://decomytree.link/birthday-tree), and the widget counts down to it.

### Do my friends need the app?

No. They open your tree link in any browser, pick a gift and write a message. You see the new gifts on your widget.

### Does the widget show my messages?

No. They stay sealed until your birthday. The widget shows how many gifts you have and, on the large size, who left the newest.

### Is it free?

Yes, like making your tree and sharing it.
