Friends hang birthday gifts
They pick a gift, write up to 500 characters and sign it, straight from their browser. Every note stays wrapped until your birthday.
Birthday gifts on your tree
A birthday tree offers 73 gifts: party crowns, birthday bears, cake, balloons and plush toys, plus favorites like teddy bears and phones. Friends send every gift for free from the web.
When does a birthday tree open?
