Why it stops working every December
Searches for Deco My Tree jump in the last days of November, when people make their trees and share their links, and peak on December 24 and 25, when everyone opens their messages at once. A service built for a few busy weeks can slow down or stop under that load.

Step-by-step fixes
- Copy the whole link again. A cut-off link is the most common reason a tree won’t open.
- Open it in your browser. If it fails inside Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp, open the link in Safari or Chrome.
- Update the app and restart your phone.
- Sign out and back in. This often fixes “empty token”.
- Try another network: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and turn off any VPN.
- Check whether it’s down for everyone: search “deco my tree down” on X or TikTok. If it is, only the people who run it can fix it, so try again later.
Does Deco My Tree still work in 2026?
We don’t run Deco My Tree, so we can’t say whether it will work this season.
